Corsair Cove Production Chains

Read dependency chains without treating an unavailable rate as zero.

Every card keeps the input, building, and output in one line. Use the rate planner only for chains whose required quantities are present.

Production chains connect deposits and fertile areas to workshops, community buildings, ships, and Crew. The explorer above shows those links as a dependency tree.

Complete and partial chains

A complete-rate chain has an output per minute and input quantities for every calculated workshop. A dependency-only chain still identifies the producer and inputs but does not produce a rate total.

This distinction matters in later chains. Missing information is not the same thing as zero production or zero consumption.

Example: Black Powder

Black Powder depends on Guano and Charcoal. Charcoal depends on Hardwood and Stone. That makes the chain a multi-site logistics problem before the Powdermill starts work.

Use the production planner for building totals. Use Drain and bottlenecks when the displayed chain is correct but the island still cannot keep it moving.
