Class and tier recommendation
An event can recommend both a class and tier. That recommendation points to the stats most useful for the encounter. A Crown Port, for example, can favor a Destroyer because Gun damage and Armour matter.
Objectives
An event contains one to four objectives. Visible types include Ambush, Barter, Board, Chart, Chase, Defend, Demoralise, Destroy, Duel, Endure, Investigate, Navigate, Outrun, Parley, Plunder, Shoot, Sneak, Threaten, and Traverse.
Choice cards and dice
Each objective presents choice cards. Their effects depend on a related ship stat plus the current dice pool. Known base dice ranges rise from d2 at tier 1 to d4 at tier 2, d6 at tier 3, and 2d5 at tier 4. Later ranges are not listed here.
Losing all Health or Crew destroys the ship. Use the role matcher before embarking.
